Cheryl Isaacs is a globally leading Chartered and Registered Occupational Psychologist, Neurodiversity Expert, Author and accredited Executive Coach with over 25 years of specialist experience in cognitive assessment, behavioural training, coaching and psychometric profiling. A recognised leader in workplace neurodiversity, Cheryl has worked with more than five thousand neurodiverse clients, helping individuals and organisations understand cognitive strengths, overcome challenges and unlock exceptional performance.
As Director of OPM Consulting, Cheryl has designed and delivered bespoke development programmes across the U.K., Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA and Africa. Her work spans leadership development, executive coaching, neurodiversity training, assessment programmes and organisational performance consulting. She is known for blending psychological rigour with practical, relatable strategies that create immediate impact.
Cheryl is a regular Guest Speaker at major industry events, including the British Psychological Society Annual Conference, Health & Wellbeing Symposium (NEC Birmingham) and Pri‑Med GP Updates Conference. She frequently contributes to national media and professional publications such as The Evening Standard, The Telegraph, BBC and The Training Journal.
